We offer both in-person group tours here at the shelter or staff members can come to you with a furry friend for a brief presentation! 

Our behind-the-scenes tour of HSSW is for people of any age! Our tour takes roughly an hour and includes meeting one of our adoptable animals. Not only will you get to see our staff and volunteers in action, but you’ll get to see how we help animals go home! 

It is important to note that HSSW uses peanut butter for administering medication and animal enrichment throughout the shelter and is unable to provide a peanut free facility. We are unable to make accommodations for those with severe peanut allergies.
